Royal Islander Honored with 25th Gold Crown Award
Reaching a quarter-century milestone in hospitality amongst holiday resorts worldwide, Royal Islander Club La Plage and La Terrasse was honored with the RCI Gold Crown Award for its 25th consecutive year. As the world’s largest and most experienced vacation exchange company, RCI recognizes the highest level of excellence in a resort’s offerings with its Gold Crown Award.
Royal Islander Club La Plage and La Terrasse General Manager Deborah Canale said: “We’re proud to join the elite 10 percent of RCI affiliated resorts worldwide who have earned a Gold Crown Award for more than 10 consecutive years, and receiving the distinction for the past 25 years demonstrates our commitment to creating world-class vacation experiences for our guests.”
Royal Islander Club La Plage first earned these top honors 25 years ago, with La Terrasse joining the success in 2003. RCI’s Resort Recognition program ensures its affiliate resorts adhere to the highest standards of accommodation and hospitality so their members can enjoy exceptional holiday experiences. Evaluation for the Resort Recognition Program was based on member-feedback and comment card ratings. In addition to measuring the quality of the resort, the award also increases its worth and desirability for members.
