Do I have to let the resort know when I am using my timeshare week?
No it is not necessary to contact the resort when you are using your home week.
I want to bank my week. Do I call the resort or RCI ?
You do not need to call the resort when you want to bank your week. Contact your exchange provider RCI or II, the exchange company will accept your request and process your vacation exchange.
Since you are an owner at a Gold Crown resort, you can call RCI at the Gold Crown Member Services number 1-800-221-6400. International owners should consult their Endless Vacation Directory for the appropriate number for their member services office.
I called RCI to deposit my week(s) and I received a postcard from them telling me that my “space banking was denied”. What happened?
There are several reasons why RCI may have rejected your space banking. In order to deposit your week, your maintenance fees must be current with the resort. If your fee has not been paid, you must contact the resort to remit payment and redeposit your week.
For owners who may have upgraded or changed ownership recently, ensure that you are requesting to bank the correct unit/weeks. You may be trying to bank the unit or week that you previously owned. You can verify your ownership by checking your club membership agreement for your unit and week purchased.
If you are still not sure why your week was returned, contact the Reservations Department.
How can I find out the dates for my week this year?
Please click on the timeshare calendar to see if you have a Saturday through Saturday or Sunday through Sunday occupancy.
I will not be using my unit/week this year, but am allowing my family member/friend to use it. Do I need to notify the resort?
You need to notify the resort fill the form below and submit it to the Reservations department to update the reservations registry.
Guests of timeshare members are to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Royal Islander Club.

When do I pay for my reservation?
You pay for your reservation at the time of booking. Simply pay by credit card (any major credit card) to secure usage. Once we receive request form we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the details of your booking.
What happens if I cancel my reservations?
If your reservation was confirmed, please let us know in advance the changes and we will make a refund if necessary or make the alternative changes for you.
Do you have to be a member to rent at your resort?
No, anyone can request rental.
Are there any restrictions?
Rental request is subject to availability; reservations must be made at least 6 months in advance.
