We are delighted to welcome you to your home away from home. As an owner, your RTU week is confirmed for your exclusive enjoyment. Should you wish to host family or friends during your allotted time, please complete the Guest Authorization Form prior to their arrival to ensure a seamless experience.

Exchanging Your Week

Owners seeking new destinations may deposit their week through our exchange partners, RCI or Interval International. Please contact them directly to arrange your exchange. Our dedicated team is available to assist with any ownership-related questions during this process.

Reservations for Additional Stays

Utilizing Your Ownership

Home Week Usage & Exchanges

Q: Is advance notice required to use my deeded home week?
A: No. Your ownership guarantees annual occupancy for your specific unit and week.

Q: What is the procedure to deposit my week with RCI or Interval International?
A: All exchange activities are managed through your chosen exchange company. Gold Crown Resort owners may contact RCI at 1-800-221-6400 (international owners: see member directory).

Q: Why might my deposit request be denied?
A: Deposits may be declined due to:

  • Financial Standing: Account must be current, with all maintenance fees paid.
  • Ownership Information: Submitted week and unit must match your Membership Agreement.

Q: How can I confirm my occupancy dates for the current year?
A: Your fixed period is outlined in your ownership documents or on the official timeshare calendar.


Hosting Guests & Making Reservations

Q: What is the process for allowing a guest to use my week?
A: Submit a completed advance notice via a Guest Authorization Form: Submit Your Guest Authorization Form to our Reservations Department prior to arrival. 

Guests must:

  • Comply with all Royal Islander Club policies
  • Assume financial responsibility for damages or incidental charges
  • Meeting minimum age requirement: 18 years for unaccompanied stays
