Yes. As the registered owner, you have the right to sell your timeshare interest at any time. Please note that all financial obligations such as outstanding loan balances and maintenance fees must be fully settled before a sale can be completed.
To begin the process, please submit a fully completed and notarized Membership Transfer Form to the resort. This document serves as the formal authorization to transfer ownership from you to the purchaser.
Transfers are typically processed within 2 to 3 weeks after all required documents have been received and your account has been verified as current.
Yes. A processing fee of US $385.00 per week applies to each ownership transfer. Please note that this fee is subject to change without prior notice.
If you choose to have a third party handle the transaction, they must provide a duly executed Power of Attorney (POA) explicitly authorizing them to act on your behalf and access your membership information.
Once the transfer is finalized, the resort will issue and deliver a new Membership Agreement to the purchaser, confirming completion of the ownership change.
For security and traceability, we recommend sending all transfer documents via a reputable courier service (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Please keep your tracking details for reference. To expedite the return of executed documents, you may include a prepaid return courier envelope.
